California Week 3

I will have to do a separate post with all the pictures I have taken of Damon making this sort of face.  This is what he does when I ask him to smile.  He thinks he is so funny afterwards.   

 I am making baby boy #2 a quilt, and Damon loves it.  I am a little worried he thinks it is his.  He loves to wrap himself up in it, and lay on it.

Baby Boy

Although I think about him constantly, feel him all day long, and wonder each day what he will look like, I don't blog about our new baby boy enough!  We are so excited to meet him.  I can't wait to give him kisses, watch Lee with another baby boy, and especially see Damon kiss/hug/hold his new brother!  I am going to have my hands full come August...hopefully this new baby will be an easier infant than Damon was!  My friend just did this little question and answer thing on her blog, so I thought I would do one too.

My belly looks very pointy in this picture below.  I haven't had a very round tummy this time around, it has been odd shaped...you can always tell where he is resting.

How far along? Almost 29 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Around 14 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Not really.  I think I have worn maternity bottoms a few times especially recently, but I usually stick to my regular clothes and unbutton them when I sit, or wear stretchy pants.
Stretch marks? Not yet...hopefully I will keep those away.

Sleep: Pretty good.  I wake up once a night to use the bathroom, and wake up a few other times, but overall it is fine.  

Best moment this week: Nothing out of the ordinary.  I do love when Damon blows raspberries on my tummy, says hi to it, kisses it, and then says bye bye and puts my shirt back down for me so my skin doesn't show anymore.  It is also funny that he thinks a lot of other people have babies in their bellies too and will lift their shirts and say baby.
Miss Anything? I miss sleeping on my tummy and wearing whatever shorts I want.  I really don't mind being pregnant though.
Movement: Rarely stops.  If he is actually still for a little while, he has horrible hiccups that shake my whole stomach.
Food cravings: I guess I want more smoothies and shakes than I normally would want.  I think my sweet tooth has been a little worse with this pregnancy as well.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Have you started to show yet: Yes
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? Mostly in...some of it a little flat.
Wedding rings on or off? On 
Happy or Moody most of the time: I think happy most of the time.  Probably moody occasionally because I have been away from Lee for three weeks already with two to go and miss being home with him.
Looking forward to:  Seeing our new boy!  Anxious to see if he will look like his Daddy (which I am hoping for!!), or more like me and Damon.  Also looking forward to getting back to AZ and getting settled in our new place so we have a nice home to bring him home to.

California Week 2

California Week 1

I thought it would be better to post pictures from my trip in weeks, so that way I didn't have one hundred pictures on my next post of the whole month.  We have had a fun trip so far, but we sure miss Lee/Daddy more than anything :(

 Right when Uncle Kayle walked in the door to meet Presley.  Presley just gazed at him and smiled...it was so sweet that we all aaahh - ed over it, and scared Presley that he made the cutest sad face.

I can't emphasize enough how much Damon loves Presley.  He is always kissing him, patting him, wanting to hold him, helping change his diaper, etc.  Good practice for his baby brother!

I am realizing I need to take more pictures of Damon with people in them!  He is just so busy it is hard to get him to stay still long enough by someone else to take a picture.

Lately

I finally uploaded some pictures onto my computer, so now I can post some.  We have had a good month.  Lee actually has his last day of classes today and then finals next week!  Wow...I can't believe that is almost over!  He has done so great and worked so hard.  I'll let the pictures do most of the talking.

Damon is such a funny sleeper.  Every night when I go in to put a blanket over him, I find him in the weirdest positions.  He plays hard in his crib before he falls asleep, so I think that when he finally does fall asleep...he just closes his eyes where he is at.

 He likes to wear his shoes around the house sometimes with just his diaper on.  Whatever makes him happy.

This little boy LOVES soccer.  He can't get enough of any sport that involves a ball for that matter, but soccer is something that he can already do well.  He loves to kick, pass and dribble the ball.  

 Here is is dribbling around the grass at his cousins soccer game.  He was heartbroken that he couldn't actually go on the field with them and play.

It was a HOT day, and after a long time of running around kicking the soccer ball...he decided he needed a water break with Mom.  Look at his red face! 

 We went picking lemons last weekend.

 I like this picture of Lee.  Damon's eyes are closed, but oh well!  They are happy to be together.

 A lot of the lemons were really high up, so Lee would have Damon help pick them :)

When he wants to go outside, he grabs his shoes, tries to put them on, and sits by the door.

Lastly, Grandma and Grandpa came last weekend!  It was so fun to see them.  Damon was a stinker the first two days, but had a great time with them the final day!  We really love having family come visit.  We are excited to see our Utah family again in June!!
